By addressing key objectives such as enhancing health managers’ understanding of the National Facilities Improvement, aligning the Health Services Improvement Fund (HSIF) with the HSIF Act 2023, and formulating regulations for the Facility Improvement Fund in the county, the department remains dedicated to fostering this collaborative spirit and translating our discussions into tangible actions that will positively impact the community.

Moving forward a smaller working group will be assigned to refine the draft in readinness for adoption by cabinet. The county is to align its planning and budget documents to align for ease in implementation.
