The purpose of this meeting was to examine and examine the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities Act no. 14, with a specific focus on addressing disabilities in the workplace and creating disability-friendly environments in our organizations and institutions.

This entailed discussing and establishing a plan of action that includes forming a committee for promoting inclusion, implementing training programs, developing disability-inclusive workplace policies, raising awareness among management and staff about disability-related issues, revising policies to accommodate persons with disabilities, and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

We regard this as a forward-thinking endeavor by the department to foster inclusiveness within all our organizations, with the goal of improving service provision for everyone.
