NIPN is a government-led national platform aimed at facilitating dialogue among multiple sectors and stakeholders regarding nutrition. It utilizes existing data and information to create or enhance policies and programs, with the objective of enhancing the country’s capacity to analyze and manage nutrition-related information across all sectors impacting nutrition.

This endeavor promotes the dissemination and utilization of information to guide strategic decisions in preventing various forms of malnutrition. Following its successful implementation at the national level, NIPN is now poised to be rolled out in decentralized units, with Kilifi serving as one of the pilot counties for this platform in the near future.
