Today, we held a joint inception meeting for the LVCT Kenya led MiCARE and the LIFT-UP projects led by the University of Nairobi Faculty of Health Sciences in the coastal region. The USAID Kenya funded projects aim to reach key population with mental health and HIV prevention services respectively.
The two year projects will complement the ongoing USAID Kenya health funded projects implemented across 10 counties of Kenya.
The collaboration with the counties will play a key role in the success of these projects, which aim to improve the quality and sustainability of HIV health services in the country.
